Refund policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026

We would rather get it right the first time. Every listing gives the real material and the real measurements, so please check them before you order.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns or give refunds for change of mind. That includes choosing the wrong size, colour or finish, or simply no longer wanting the item.

Cancelling an order

Email clientservices@nudahomeshop.com straight away. If your order has not yet been sent, we cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has been sent, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged, faulty, wrong or missing items

Email clientservices@nudahomeshop.com with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the problem.

  • Solid-wood furniture: please tell us within 2 working days of delivery. Include photos of the piece, the damage and the packaging. Keep the piece and all its packaging at the delivery address and do not move it — if the claim is approved, we arrange free collection from that address.
  • All other items: please tell us within 14 days of delivery. In most cases you do not need to send anything back.
  • Timber pests: if you see signs of timber pests in solid-wood furniture within 90 days of delivery, tell us with photos.

Once we approve a claim, we send a replacement or give you a refund.

Lost parcels

If your tracking has not moved for more than a week, tell us and we will chase the carrier. If tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. We may ask for a short statement from the post office before we can claim it.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, within 14 days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Your rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The time frames above help us fix problems fast with our suppliers. They do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
