A ceramic storage jar with a wooden lid, for spices, grains, coffee or tea. The lid sits down into the neck to keep the contents dry, and the glazed body blocks light, which suits anything that fades on an open shelf.
Three sizes holding between 0.5 and 1 litre, in white or black. Wash the ceramic by hand and wipe the wooden lid with a cloth rather than soaking it — timber lids swell and stop seating properly once they have been through a dishwasher.
